: (1) For the purposes of Section 41, Sub-Section (2) and Section 46 (A) of the Act, the District Value Determination Committee constituted by the Government of Nepal has been designated in the committee. (2) Sub-rule (1). Accordingly, the district price determination committee will determine the price of the commodity savings at the price approved by the Government of Nepal.
